I have been charged the incorrect amount for a booking experience - 9 times.I tried to reach Airbnb support without sucess, also I tried to cancel my bookings but I didnt found where. Can someone please help me to solve this issues?
@Cristiane81 You will have to contact Airbnb to get this resolved. This is just a forum where hosts and guests exchange information, we don't have any way to help on this problem. There is a large pinned post on the first page of this Help forum that gives you all the ways to contact Airbnb.
