Charges for owners and guests

What do owners get charged by airbnb for a listing and if it is a percentage what is it and is it a % of total cost incl. extras like cleaning, etc?

What do guests get charged for booking accommodation and is this 6-15%? If this is correct hoow is the % calculated?

Is there a separate booking fee or credit card charge for guests or owners?

What are the different membership options for new members and how does this relate to what the owner and/or guets is charged in commissions?

I will try to answer you questions here:

Hosts get charged 3% of the total booking amount including cleaning fee.

It could also be higher due to currency exchange rates.

No, there is not separate booking fee or credit card charge.

There is no membership.  Really, it is 3% for hosts and 6-12% for guests.
