Does Airbnb and my cleaning fee and my deposit to the rental price automatically, do I have to collect that from the guests?

Yes, Airbnb automatically adds the cleaning fee to each reservation made after you added the fee.

You can see it in the screenshot below which shows the charges when I entered dates to test it on your listing.

Airbnb doesn't collect the deposit in advance. Airbnb calling it a deposit is, at the least, a misnomer.
