Check in instructions

As hosts we have filled out the check in instructions with the pictures. When does this send to the incoming guests? Or do they have to look it up?

@Margie29 - They recieve it once a confirmed booking has been made/accepted. That said, you're always better to keep up communications with the guest so that all is understood.
