Check out/Check in Time

hey i have a question, im hoster, i maked on my Listing  Check in is 12PM (noon) - 8PM

and guests writed to me, they come at 09:PM

I'm not avaliable to make a Check-In at this time.

Is that my problem?Or what to do now?

Either you find a friend who can do it for you, or you decline the reservation - no big issue.
