Hi im new to airbnb just a quick question if the guest did not check out on time can i charge per hour or they need to go through airbnb again.

@Pinky6 Your check out time is 1AM. Are you sure that you don't need to edit that, maybe you meant 1PM? That aside, every payment must go through Airbnb. Make sure that the guests understans when is the check out time, 1AM seems rather strange. And just to be clear, if it is set up at 1AM at the time of booking, you can only charge the guest if he stays after that.
