Cleaning Fee

Hi,

I am new host and I got my first book this weekend. I have a doubt about how cleaning fee will be charged to the guest? I already set up the cleaning fee on my profile listing but is not reflected on the total amount.

@Nelly77 - if you set up a cleaning fee after the guest had already booked, it will not be charged to them retroactively and therefore not on the payout.  You could ask the guest to alter their reservation, but I would advise against this and just chalk it up to learning.
