There is no trash bin on the platform. If you go to your airbnb platform and you go to Inbox> then you go to the 'hosting' tab and then go to the dropdown you will see the following options 'All Hosting messages' , 'Starred', 'Unread', 'Reservations', 'Pending Request' and 'Archived'. Since your an experienced host like I am I would assume that you have had some inquires that appear as "Not Possible" where the guest available dates are no longer possible. My question was to the community is any one had similar issues. How does one remove them from this section?. Deletion is not even a possibility on the platform unless it works differently on your side of the world; these messages cannot be deleted. One simply cannot purge their inbox. You can have 0 unread messages but if my assumptions are correct you too have pending request (XX) in this section.
