Clipboard icon ... any ideas ?

Hello , I'm quite new to hosting but I'm sure I used to get my bookings listed when I selected the " clipboard " icon , bottom left of my options . Now when I select it says Error , there was an error posting this request and when I press ok it lists only pending and alerts , no bookings . Am I doing something go wrong , has th eprogramme changed , any ideas ?

@Tina100, what device are you using? It will help pinpoint the problem.
