Co-host and no longer receiving a copy of reviews?

I've been a co-host since 2016. It was always the case that I could leave a review on behalf of hosts, and would be able to see the reviews in my dashboard, and also received a copy via email. ~3 months ago, reviews were removed from my dashboard. Now I no longer receive emails either? My housekeepers and I work tirelessly to make sure guests are taken care of. We would love to be able to receive feedback - positive or negative. I can see the public reviews by checking the public listing page, but the only way to see the private feedback is to ask the primary host to forward it to me (which they rarely get around to doing). Does anyone know another way to see the feedback than hoping and praying the primary host remembers to forward it along?

Thanks for bringing up the issue. I am a co-host as well and just noticed that happen with my reviews in the past week. I take pride in being an excellent co-host and completely agree with you that having access to the feedback from guests is essential to doing a great job!

 

With all the features/aids to co-hosting that have been taken away recently, wasn’t any announcement about messaging and reviews so I’m not sure what’s going on. It definitely wouldn’t surprise me if this is just another level of devaluing the co-host program!
