Co-hosting cleaning fee

I have recently become a co host and it was agreed on the accepted proposal that I would get a percentage plus cleaning fees paid to me. However I have just been paid a percentage, NO CLEANING FEES which were on the accepted proposal.

How does my host adjust her site to enable me to get cleaning fees ?
