1. Identify who you see as your target market i.e. what type of hosts and what geographical area.
2. Identify why they should use your service rather than using your competitors (do your research to understand who your competitors are and what they offer0
3. Identify and invest in channels you can use to reach customers ie become an active, knowledgeable member of local host groups on social media, google ads, FB ads, word of mouth referrals from relevant influencers etc
