As a cohost isn’t it possible to cohost fir more than one property on the same account?

Yes, but the terms state (quoted):

"Airbnb reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to limit the number of Listings for which you may be a Co-Host and/or to require a separate agreement for certain categories of Co-Hosts."
