Concern with guest

Hello

my quest informed that he can’t take keys 15 minutes before our agreed tIme. The time he suggested to meet is after check in time (after 10pm) and it’s not acceptable for me.

What rights do i have. Can I cancel reservation?

You can allways cancel a reservation, but you will be penalised by Airbnb.

You can contact Airbnb and ask them to cancel, but then the requested check-in time must be exceptional, otherewise they will advise you to find a solution.. If the guest can not make it in time, the guest can take action too (cancel reservation, staty first night soewhere else etc..)

Yes, @Teele0, you have rights as your published check in time is until 10pm. Ask Airbnb CS to deal. They will beg you to be flexible, but after 10pm would be too late for me too.
