Contacting Air BNB

Does anyone know how to email or ring air bnb? All help links seem to direct round in a circle (even the contact air bnb link) which just leads back to the help page or the community page. I have rung them before - so I know there is a phone number, I jsut can't seem to find it.

Having the same problems - they seem to forget without us hosts there would be no Air Bnb - would just be nice to talk to a real person when there are some real issues or honest feedback on recent marketing which is totally irrelevant in our ppart of the country.
