Contacting Air BnB

Having completed the pro-forma contact form, I am unable to press the 'Submit' button as as the pagae keeps jumping back to the beginning before I do.... has anyone else had this problem and what is the solution?  

I am becoming so fustrated with trying to manage the Air BnB site that I could scream!!
