Contacting Airbnb

Can you give me a number/way to contact Airbnb? I had to cancel a guest as she couldn't agree to one of my rules. I'd like to see if Airbnb would re-open those dates as she asked to get out of the contract (I should have had her cancel, not me). I don't know if I missed an email that contained info on how to contact them, but I have searched everywhere and can't seem to find a phone number. Can you help me here?

The information in the link seems to be relatively out-of-date:  most of the website methods no longer quite exist,  for instance,  though there are other ways to reach most of them in the UI-- though it's remarkably confusing and hard-to-find,  hard-to-use.

I have an app on my phone for airbnb which seems to have occurred when on holiday in UK recently..it has opened via Facebook or some other way and now I have two accounts with different email addresses! Yesterday managed to contact someone at airbnb who emailed me but now can't seem to reply to their email..I am in France!!
