Just now (Jan 12, 2018) booked a stay (for Mar.24,2018) and was unable to apply coupon; when I clicked "apply" it said I'd already submitted request. I know coupons cannot be applied to existing reservations, but this was a matter of not being to apply it while I was making the reservation, so I'm hoping that someone with the authority to apply it retrospectively will contact me for the necessary details. -Paul (of Melanie & Paul, Voorheesville NY)
