Coupon not usable after host cancellation

I've received a coupon for one year of superhost status, and I've used if for one trip. After a few days, the host cancelled. I didin't get a new mail with a new coupon, and the one I had says: "Coupon has expired.", even when I remove the coupon for recommending Airbnb. The coupon is valid until next July. Also, I cannot find a Help Contact.

Any help?

@Branislav1 - you need to contact Airbnb to have the coupon reinstated.   All the ways to contact Airbnb are listed in the Tips and Tutorials Discussion Room.  You can find the tutorial there.
