Hello,
Im looking for some help on sending a customer a special offer. For the first night only two will be staying at the condo for the next two nights an extra 4 people will be staying. I want to give them $80 off the first night. So when I click on the message they sent and keep in mind I have already confirmed and booked them in. It gives me the "Send special offer" option I click that and then an error comes up saying as follows?
"You have already marked some of the dates in this date range as unavailable. To include the dates in your Special Offer, first make them available."
They are booked for these dates, Is that why it tells me its unavailable? I dont get it I just want to take $80.00 off the total booking price for them and its not working for me. Do they have to cancel completely and re-book?
