Custom Pricing and Extra people fees not showing

Hi, 

I've listed our space and had a few bookings which is great, though we are yet to have our first actual guests, who arrive on Thursday. 

I've set a regular price of $110AUD per night and then set custom prices for weekends, school holidays, public holidays etc.

However, I've just had a booking come through, staying for 8 nights and they are being charged the base rate for the entire time, not the adjusted weekend rates etc and no extra charge for the extra people. The extra people charge alone for this booking would be $480AUD.

Is there are reason why this is happening? How can I fix it?

@Bree-And-Ben0 I've just checked your listing and the extra charge for guests above 4 is being added correctly for the nights of 29 Oct to 6 Nov (8 nights). You didn't say what dates your prospective guests were booking and it could be that the custom price for weekends is affecting the overall price. And don't forget you have a 5% weekly discount price set. Could this be the reason?

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. They have requested to book on Oct 5 - 13. The 5% discount isn't being applied either as far as I can tell.

@Bree-And-Ben0 then you'd need to contact Airbnb - the methods and numbers are here but the DM via Twitter seems to get a good response.
