Customize max/min length stays

Is there any way to have a more customised calendar? I would like to make a property have a mostly 7 night minimum stay. But every 4-6 weeks i would like to visit the house with my family for a weekend and so the week either side of that would have to be a 3/4 night stay.

Yes @Ann-Marie15  its possible to make a rule and apply it to the required dates on the calender.

Go to your account settings and click on settings, you can then switch on the professional hosting tools and have a play.
