How is everyone's damage claim experience with Airbnb's resolution center? The other day when I tried to claim an expense cleaner charged me for extra services to remove the stains on the mattress and chewing gum stuck in the carpet (with attached invoice and photos), however as the supplier is a sole trade, small business with no company logo or website etc, Airbnb only agreed to reimburse half of the invoice amount ... It sounds quite ridiculous to me, and don't feel our hosts right are properly protected. Did anyone have the similar experience with me? Did anyone know how I can make an appeal of the decision?

Yes, it should be a registered cleaning service/repair service, etc... 

Take half of the amount Airbnb offers, it's better than nothing
