Damage done to our couch

Hi! The last guests we had had a dog that put about 20 holes and 2 rips into our coach. We got this coach at a good discount from a family friend. Obviously we need a new one since it would cost to much to reuppolster it. What do you think would be a fair amount to ask for? It is a hideabed.

You need to report to AirBnB within 48 hours as well as contacting the guest to confirm damages occured. BnB will be able to advise but I guess it would depend on what you paid for it. How long you have had it and what it would cost to get another similar second one.
