@Ben735 ..I've also read other stories that advised TAKE PICTURES, and also get a receipt to show the price of the broken faucet as you will need this to put in a claim. More is always better! 🙂

@Ben4128 Just send a request through the resolution centre. If the guest is willing to pay you won't have an issue.
