Damages

I had a guest who accepts damages of my towels and bath mat. I sent a request to him, two days after he sends me a message saying he just paid it. 

 

But I haven't gotten any messages from air bnb confirming action taken by guest.

You should have both an email and a note on your admin dashboard if the damages were truly paid. Seventy-two hours after posting the resolution request you can contact Airbnb for mediation. At that point they would confirm if the guest has actually paid.
