Dates that have been marked unavailable opening up without my consent

I've experienced this issue about 4 times at this point. I will not have access to my aparments after July 30th. Not only have I gone into the calendars and manually blocked the dates, I set all my lisitngs to snooze past July 30th. For some reason, random dates will open up, and poeple will instant book them. I get penalized for cancelling reservations, but I do not have access to the space, and I have done everything to make sure the dates are listed as unavailable. This has just happend again, and I'm at the end of my rope with Airbnb. Not only do I have to let guests down, I have the stress of not knowing when random dates will open up again. 

How will Airbnb make this right? I have already paid a $50 cancellation fee, and my host rating has been damaged.

@Hometeam0  If a system glitch is causing dates to open when you have blocked out, you need to contact Air BNB directly as they can see into the system.
