Deactivate email notifications

Although i have email notifications unchecked, I'm still getting emails from potential guests and hosts.  How do I turn these off?  You can email a response to [personal information hidden].  Thanks.

You are on a forum where only other hosts can answer.  We cannot see your settings. 

If you are asking how to turn them off, we might be able to offer options.

Well the only settings that are four emails are turned off. I have SNS enabled but I don't understand why I'm still receiving emails.
