i am Luyen - the sale person from the Cashew Tree Bungalow homestay. We have small problem with the airbnb app with my phone. We try to log in few days but we cann't.  i try to change our password but it is not better and also another phone in our working team refuse to log in same me. 

i don't know the reason and of course also the method to fix it. But you know, check information from the app in phone more helpful and quickly than, i hope we can get your support as soon as possible.

Beside that, we have a plan to open another listing but we wonder things: we want separated the payment for different listing, is that okay? if it is okay, we can do it oursefl from this website. in case we open another listing in this account, do you think we get some benefit from this supper host account? if we have some benefit, what is this?
