I explain to Tina that one of the rooms the air conditioning was out of order they was fine with it then I went got a portable air conditioning for her and family and they was fine with it then left me a bad review is there’s any way to remove it

@Star132 I don't think there is anyway you could get the review removed as it doesn't breach any of the rules. You can respond but be careful to make your response valid for future guests NOT a response to the guest who left you a review. Perhaps a simple 'I am sorry that the replacement air-conditioning unit that we fetched when the original failed did not satisfy you'

Others will no doubt comment - you have time to respond so don't rush in.

@Star132  I love @Mike-And-Jane0's response.  Future guests reading it will know that (a) the guest was impossible to satisfy and (b) you go the extra mile for guests.  Post your response and move on.
