Hi I am new at this, and have not yet received my payouts which should have been paid out on the 28/12/2016. I am not sure if I have missed something I should do besides loading my payout details on the system.

Hi @Amanda158,
I would get in touch with Airbnb via telephone or Twitter to look into your payout issue. Depending on the method you chose to get paid (PayPal/Direct Deposit), ask them if the account was verified. It generally takes 3-4 business days to get an account verified. Also, check to see if your Airbnb account is set up for email notifications. They will email you as soon as your payments are released. Also check your junkmail, just in case those emails were redirected there. And remember, when you reach out to @Airbnbhelp on Twitter, never share your account details through public tweets. Once they respond to your tweet, PM them your details.

I sure will do all of the above, this modern technology world gets a bit too much for me at times LOL.
I do not have twitter but will try and find airbnb number or email address and get n contact. I might just give it another day or so as another lady pointed out to me the public holidays could cause delay in pay out.

@Amanda158if Airbnb was due to start the payout process on 28 December (i.e. 24 hours after the guest checked in), and your payout method is bank transfer then the chances are it has been delayed by the banks closing for New Year and it will arrive shortly after they re-open.
Hi and thanks for your response, the guests checked in on the 23rd. I do hear you on the public holidays and so forgot about that LOL.
Let me give it a few more days.
