@William753 To remove a review you should contact Airbnb via twitter @AirbnbHelp.I totally understand your situation with the review that your host has left you.It is actually a very good review but the host decided to mention the name of the person who was in your company.Always let your host know if you are not comfortable with this before you checkout.

William, a Host is entitled to Review anyone part of the booking.

As Oomesh suggests you can kindly request the Host not mention someone.

Personally, I've never received such a request.

In any case, I doubt Airbnb will delete the Review. They only do if it violates 'Content Policy' for reviews.
