Hello

i have a guest asking to stay for a 28 day period including Xmas and new year

they accepted my offer of $3100 when she asked for the negotiable option 

now she is asking if she can do a deposit and pay balance later

She has been asked to pay the full amount $3100 when accepting the offer in the payment part

i can not do deposits and payments in full later can I?

I am more than happy to accept full amount but said I would ask for her

A payment plan is never offered on "long term stay" reservations (28 nights and more), as they already have monthly installments by default. In this case it is one installment.

BTW payment plans for short stays are offered by Airbnb (not the host) when specific conditions are met at time of booking:
