Different Nightly pricing

Different Nightly pricing

Is there a way to NOT enter pricing for future dates?  I am new to this and I want to spend time figuring pricing but I want to post for this month now.  Can I list pricing as subject to change?  Or call ahead for current pricing?

Thanks!

@Becky174  That doesn't sound like a great idea. I'd decide on prices now (if you want to have different prices for weekends or holidays, take that into account) and set your booking window for now for 3 months into the future. That will give you 3 months of hosting at the prices you set, and you can then set new prices for the months after that if you find you're not making enough profit, getting low life guests, or not getting bookings because it's too expensive.

Just remember that each day, one more day will open up in the future to keep the availability at 3 months.

Thanks so much Sarah!  I am new to hosting, so I greatly appreciate your feedback.

One other question... I had set up an account as a renter through Air bnb a few months ago with a phone I used for work.  I no longer have that phone, but Air wantsme to confirm my email via a text to that number.  Is there a way I can re-set to a new number?  At this time it will not allow me to check  my account for hosting on my regular phone with out sending a confirmation text to the old number.
