Different cancellation fee for long term rental period

Hi,

I have my cancellation fee set to moderate. I may have someone booking for two months in the height of the summer season next year. My fear is that they cancel  even maybe just a month before their stay which means they would get a full refund and I miss out on rentals for those two months due to the late cancellation. Is there a way to set a different cancellation for a reservation like this. Or does anyone have any suggestions?

A reservation for 28 nights or longer has allways the "long term stay" cancellation policy attached (overruling any policy you have set for short stays). The details are here:
