Different person that booked than that is in my house

The person that booked my house and that I checked the reviews on and the government ID on is CLEARLY not the person who is in my home. After more checking I found out she is a realtor in my city. I'm thinking she's renting my house out to people that I have not reviewed. Any suggestions????

3rd party booking is a violation of airbnb policy, reach out to airbnb right away. Twitter is apparently the most quick way to get a response. I would start with the word EMERGENCY. Good luck, let us know how it goes.

Just call Airbnb now @Christine494 explain what has happened and asked them to cancel the booking and inform the guest that they need to leave.

I would also flag the profile of the person who booked.

It is probably not the fault of the person who has come to your place but that doesn't mean they should stay as if anything happened Airbnb wouldn't be able to protect you.
