Difficult Guest from day one

I just had a guest   From Hades she came in the door asking if  she could do things that were against the house rules    she  wanted to payme $21 a night and not pay Airbnb and we keep it between us I told her that was against the policy ,when I reinforced  to her  verbally and gave her the guide she continued to break the rules the final straw was she was the check out  at 11 AM on the 31st and we discussed that I did not have a late check out so I have a late check in’s. check out no she left the home at 6:30 in the morning she was to check out at 11 she was not here by 11 I -1130  or 12 o’clock I call Airbnb the case manager and spoke to her about this guest  and the problems that I’ve been having and she advised me that she would have call for me to the guest, the guest got angry and she got here at 1:30  it took her from 130 until 4 o’clock to get 10 bags moved out of my house she wanted to wash she wanted to take a shower she was all in my refrigerator this lady had gone into my personal space bathroom she even know what color contacts I wore in my bathroom and they are kept in a drawer, she was told which rooms were off-limits to include the garage, my alarm system showed that she opened the garage door and was in there for 5 minutes  I feel so violated by the time she left she I was very upset it was the holiday and she caused me distress by not checking out. I explained to her the holiday and weeks are higher she ranted and rave about the bad reviews she had gotten from others host, but she got around it by changing her name and taking a picture which covered part of her face. I informed Abnb regarding this because if I am seen her reviews it would be no. I would I wanted her to do was pay the last day that she was here and she refused to do that she went into my refrigerator she stored  her food in my deep-freeze she has a refrigerator in a room she should not have bought food that require freezing when she knew she did not have those accommodation she thought for the price if she paid she should have had   Carte blanche to my home , bedroom full double sink bathroom microwave, and TV she made the known she expected me to prepare her coffee every morning no paying for parking is all that I really offer that’s about what you get in a hotel she had a TV and Google music box in her room no reason for her to go into my private area I don’t know how to write this review I am I don’t want to write a review that goes against Airbnb but this lady did everything that she could wrong she would not stop putting stuff in my refrigerator and freezer after ask her she left food on the counter when I ask her not to she did not check out at 11 o’clock and told me   After had reached out to her four times even through Airbnb text me after four tries she text me and say  has (SON) had a temperature of 102 other son had bilateral knee construction and her daughter was pregnant  have a baby was due in November and she didn’t know  this was just too much was too much it took me three almost 4 hours to get her out of my home and now she owes me because the rate change for the weekend I am going to file a claim with Airbnb for recovery  in addition to all of that she still harassing me through text  after her leaving she wanted to stay and I told her I did not have availability and she couldn’t understand why I would not make availability for her so she was already living here I told her the rate was $100 for the holiday weekend she could not afford it so she say. After Airbnb reached out to her she said that Airbnb said that she could pack her own things and come at 3 o’clock I spoke with the case manager she said that’s what she said I said OK then she told the case manager Airbnb I told her she could check out at 3 PM why would I be on the phone trying to get her to leave at 11 if I’ve told her 330 I am a super host and I’ve never gotten less than five stars   In two years but this is almost made me want not want to do this again. Help to use your correct verbiage  so no other host will host her again I didn’t want anyone to go through this.

@Della14 take some time to calm yourself a little and then give a factual, shortish review that clearly says you would not host her again, and click that response at the end of your review.

Did you report to airbnb she was trying to pay off-platform, and why had she not paid already?
