I am wondering if I can do a discount for specific dates or weeks of the month?

Or the discount is possible only for  staying 7 days or more and/or a for a month?

Unless you are using Smart Pricing, you can go into your calendar and adjust your price anyway you please.  The benefit of doing that is how a guest will search for a listing within their price range.
