Do you lock off rooms?

Hi All -

i have a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that I rent through AirBnB.  if I have only one person staying, do you suggest I lock off the extra bedroom and bath? They're both full baths so no inconvenience to the guest.  i don't want it to seem hostile, but i want to save on cleaning costs.

@Freda44 no matter how many guests you have they have booked the whole property so you should not lock any rooms. What you could do is have two listings - a two bed and a one bed suitably priced. link the calendars to prevent double bookings and perhaps block the one bed in high season so you don't lose revenue.
