Recently I was in Makarska and I had two cancelations and one confirmed appartment. My Airbnb account also confirms it, but on my credit card listing I see I was billed twice. Under help section I can see it is virtually impossible to contact anyone from Airbnb.
Can someone point me to the right place where can I resolve this issue? My host was very kind and offered to refund me personally, but I also want to refund commission Airbnb took.
The easiest way to sort this out will be via your credit card company. Phone them and tell them you have been billed twice. They have (in most countries) a legal responsiblity to take on investigation of incorrect charges to your account.
