Downloading Calendars for Housekeepers

Aloha fellow Airbnb hosts, I am trying to learn a simple way to forward our reservations to our housekeeping crew. I don't want to give them access to our Airbnb listings account. The reservations page lists the payout in the right column so emailing that means that I have to remove that item. That's not a big deal except that with two short term rental listings I have to forward new reservations often.
Right now the housekeeper want's me to update her with texts. This has proven to be problematic.

I appreciate any advice from someone who knows more than I do on how to make a simple clean out schedule for forwarding.

Hi Thomas669, yes I have the same problem. I know it only takes couple mins but get annoying.

 

Airbnb needs a link so as to fwd each check in and out dates to cleaners messages or emails. But for now they dont so here is what I do.

 

You must have smart phone I guess if not get one. When you get a booking scroll down on your phone app to the check in check out booking information only, its lower on the screen booking. Set up your phone to be able to take a screen shot, you can add this to be on your screen all the time as you need it all the time! (Its just an icon tool you put on your main screen free) If cant find it get a young person to do it like i did.

take a photo (screen shot) of the page then just (crop) and save the check in check out info only, its very easy. This will save to your photos. Then just message your cleaner and attache the picture.

I also take a screen shot of the calendar month if getting full from my phone app this just shows bookings only.

If someone knows a better way would love to hear it. This takes about 20 seconds but I would like it better.

I joined TurnoverBnB   It was free and syncs with by Airbnb and VRBO calendars. I made my cleaner a cohost on the turnoverbnb site and that allows her to see the calendar without accessing the booking sites. 

Thanks Wendy for the info - Question:  when you say it "syncs" - does it automatically sync or do you have to "manually" sync after each new booking?  From what I can tell - I can "sync" to a google calendar but it does not automatically update which still is a pain.  And, if you have multiple properties with different cleaning crews, can you have separate calendars to share?  thanks,
