Drunk guest

Hello, I had a situation with my current guest Jeremy. He got drunk because his girlfriend l. eft him and he broke my apartment’s door. We came to the place and talked to him and decided not to call the police and he said that he will pay to fix the broken door. 

Now I have one day to fix everything before my next guests arrive..

Just wanted to inform you about that situation.

I am so sorry this happened and just a word of advice make sure you keep a record of this within the Airbnb app. Maybe also consider writing this to your next guest as to give them the heads up- so if it is not solved on time they are made aware and know that you considered how this could affect them.
