We have been having technical difficulties opening “Progress” on our cell phones and opening “earnings” on
our computer , is anyone else having a problem?
We called airbnb but they couldnt solve it and noone got back to us.

Did you ask to speak to the Technical Team/
Maybe try clear out your cache & if necessary, hard reset your phone - a nuisance to go through however it may help - make sure you back up your data etc prior to Hard reset.
Have a scan also in CC using related keywords, e.g Log In, Progress malfunction, IT glitches, etc in the search box, there's always useful info & tips tucked in here.

@Tina-and-Sam0 I use a laptop and have had problems since they changed everything. I very rarely can get in the earnings sections and everything else takes forever to load. I was thinking they just needed to work out some bugs since it was new but who knows.
YES. I’ve had this problem for months. I’ve un- and re-installed the app. Today, I can’t even find the earnings page on the iPad app.
YES!!! App earning has been terrible for MONTHS but just recently the entire transaction history feature has been down! It's a big problem, I'm unable to do all my financial stuff for the month without it!

I haven't been able to successfully load the earnings page on either desktop or mobile for several months now without repeated failed attempts. Mostly trying to load it results in 503 Service Unavailable errors. A post on a facebook group of hosts I belong to shows that this problem is widespread for hosts with multiple listings.
Clearing cache/resetting settings/browing in icognito mode makes no difference. On desktop I typically get the error below.
On mobile when it does load the earnings summary it will not update correctly and shows me earnings delayed by several days or weeks. Attempting to switch months to see upcoming or past earnings also does not update.
Yes! I have been having this problem for weeks. Error message on the app (tried redownloading nothing works) and computer never loads. Wpuld lile to know what im earning..

I contacted them on this as well - spent 20 mins getting no where and sorted out only that customer service is seemingly unaware of this as a chronic problem. This is serious and Air BNB needs to send word as to what the problem is and when it will be addressed.
Support is completely stonewalling. Their only authorized and scripted answer is "It is being worked on." I'm a systems guy and I know, all too well, this non-answer is code. Allow me to translate for you:

We have really screwed up but we don't want to admit it. We won't give you any answers because we are in a panic trying to figure this out and there is no solution in sight. Actually, we are more concerned with not getting fired than we are with fixing the problem and giving support any useful information to share with the hosts/users

It is irresponsible of any development team to allow such functionality to fail for such an extended period of time. If this view of the earnings data is being deprecated then a roadmap of the expected functionality should be given to users - but the old view should be kept available until its replacement is ready to go.
@Jack0 I have a glitch in my account that forces me to get every single notification from them even though my settings for notifications are off. With 7 listings it is beyond annoying especially the 3 am reminders that "Peter is coming soon!" And the booking request thay comes.in at 1am when I am asleep followed by a reservation request reminder 6 hours later when I wake up.
I have called customer service again and again once or twice a year about it. They "escalate" it to a specialist who will be in contact. They never do. I follow up. Customer service tells me to "wait for them to contact" and close the account
I get really frustrated when I see them launching new products and updates when basic issues are not being addressed and we are ignored.
What kind of company is this?.

Hey guys - I spoke to an airbnb rep (took like 45 minutes) but they were finally able to quote my total earnings (past and future) for the month. If you really need the amount you could call or go to transaction history in your account and individually add up all the past payouts and future payouts for whatever time period you are looking for. Annoying but it's the work around.
And while you're in there- checking the pending payouts. I had two from resolutions that have been pending since last year that they never paid me. It's not the first time I've found long-standing payouts on hold in there.
