Edit Saved Messages

So, I have been trying to edit saved messages for weeks, and cannot find a way to do it. Past threads say to go to any message, click on saved messages, and scroll down. (I had figured that out on my own...) but guess what?  The edit option is now gone.  The only option is to create a new saved message, which I did, problem is, there is also no way to delete the original message, or bump the new one I just created to the top, which is where I need it, since it is the one I send to every guest on arrival day. Ugh.

It is working here, @Monica417. First hit "Use a Saved Message". Then hit "Edit saved messages" at the bottom. Then you are taken again to your inbox. Hit "Use a Saved Message" again, and then go ahead and edit. Attached are screenshots:

Oh, but @Monica417, it does require that you accept popups. Do you have popups disabled for airbnb.com?

Thank you, both of you.  I figured out the problem... I recently bought a new computer with a screen that is short and wide (like they all seem to be these days),  when I saw the screen shot I realized I probably need to scroll down to see it.  Boy do I feel stupid!  Thank you!

I'm just returned to the inbox each time I click Edit Saved Messages. No edit window ever appears.

Hi, great answers. Many thanks! Like Monica, I'd love to know how to alter the order of my saved messages; how do I 'bump' frequently used ones to the top of the list? Only work-around I can think of is to have them all prepared ahead of time, then copy and paste them new in the order I want them (...?)

Yes.  Please allow us to change the order of saved messages.  It is very frustrating.

I absolutely agree. I have a lot of saved messages and it is very time-consuming and frustrating to have to scroll through them all to get to the right one. I hope Airbnb is listening!

In total agreement. Airbnb - please provide a solution to change the order of saved messages. It would save me so much time, not to mention frustration!!
