Edit housing type ?

HI - i want to edit my whole house listing to just a single room. Is this possible  or do I have to start a new listing?

I think it should be possible, but offcourse you need to change the listings info also.

You can also duplicate the listing and use the duplicate to list for only 1 room. Then you have both listings available for publishing, if neccesary.

Its also better for the review system, as reviews are/remain connected to the right accomodation offered.
