Edit page for Guidebook is blank!

I have noticed several other people having the same problem but getting no answer.

I am trying to edit my Guidebook for a listing, but the edit page only loads a header and nothing else. I am on a Mac with Safari 10.1.2 and Google Chrome browers; neither one will load that one particular page.

I am having trouble just getting my account open with airb&b, everything is going well until I get to loading on the photos and it doesn't work. Is it because I am doing it from my iPad.how do you get to speak to a real person?

Hi, I've been having this same problem since last night.  I have guest coming on Friday and trying to finish it for them but having the same problem.

I just checked on my own profile on a Macbook Air with multiple browsers. It appears to be an Airbnb issue.

Hi Randall,  You helped me with my Guidebook re: multiple browser (didn't work). Randall Airbnb finally got back to (3 requests) me.  There is a problem in their system their working on it.

Hi everyone, I'm facing the same problem with the Guidebook as well. Clicked on the page but its empty except for top menu. 

Tried all the browsers and devices. Has anyone gotten any resolution on this?

Hi Peter,  I have the same problem....Airbnb has identified the issue and is working on it. They said there is a Hiccup in the system.
