Hi I am new to Airbnb and have just received a confirmed reservation. I want to email the guest with all information on reaching the property and how to access the keys with the code to the key lock. The document also has pictures of the key lock and other pictures so it would be difficult to use the messaging system on the site.
I clicked reply to the guest's enquiry in my email box and enclosed the information. Does this then show up in the conversation thread on the website? As I can't understand if the guest received the message or not?
