Enquiry about Instant Book

I am a new airbnb host in Brisbane since mid August. Because I'm 15 mins from the airport and 4 km from the City centre I'm having a fair amount of success as a host. I have ticked a box that says I don't want my guests to instant book. I want time to decide who I have in my house. However it seems to be happening with guests from the USA and Chins. How do I get off the instant book list. Cheers Camille from Grange Forest Retreat

Hi Camille,

I am assuming you are talking about the Grange Forest Retreat.

In order to take this off "Instant Book", click on you listing settings and on the left hand side, choose "Instant Book".  You will then see where it says, "Instant Book is On".  Beside that you will see a yellow lightning bolt.  Click on the lightning bolt which should toggle off instant book.
