Enquiry about my reservation

Good afternoon. Just now i had made a reservation on Airbnb website. The amount is RM145.54 for the reservation. When i was making payment, its shown that the verification failed on the Airbnb website, but i had received a message from the bank that the amount have been charged to my account. In order to complete my reservation on Airbnb, I need to complete the payment, so i tried to reserve and make the payment on Airbnb again. Finally its officially booked and paid on the Airbnb website on my second attempt. But the problem is that i received a second message from the bank again for the same amount being charged again to my account. I think there's a problem with the system on Airbnb that caused my first attempt to pay for the reservation failed because Airbnb shown that the "verfication failed" for the booking and i need to make the payment again although the amount had been charged to my bank account when i first make the reservation, i'm only being official confirmed for the booking after i made the payment for the second attempt and being charged for the same amount to my bank account again. I have checked with my bank account and the amount of RM145.54 have been charged to my bank account twice, total amount being charged is RM291.08. Can i know how do i get the refund for the amount RM145.54? As its being charged twice for the same reservation. Can you help me to check for this matter. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks a lot.
