Error in Payout Method

Hi!

I have been trying to add my Philippine bank account as a payout method here. I changed browsers already, It was pending verification for a week only but now shows a status of "Error". It would be nice to know what was the error. Are Philippine bank accounts not allowed?

Help. I have not been paid by Airbnb at all.

I am still waiting for the Payoneer card, will Airbnb still pay me my December 2016 earnings?
